Super king sized bed which can be converted into twin beds, a double bed upstairs with extra living area, remote control colour televisions, DVD player, tea, coffee & hot chocolate making facilities, complimentary fruit, mineral water, hairdryer, ironing facilities, power shower, fan, clock radio/alarm. A selection of magazines, playing cards and board games available. Full Sussex breakfast, AGA cooked using fresh, locally grown ingredients where possible and served in our sun room overlooking the garden.
